The breakfast was excellent and value for money compared to other options. The rooms were neat and modern with all the basic amenities including a well-equipped bedroom and kitchen. Everything was well-maintained, making it my top choice for my next stay in Malacca.

Value for money and excellent and experienced staff at the receptionist attending to us. Lovely old fashioned hotel with free parking and decent location near to impossible to walk even though malls were right opposite on the map. Fast check-in, late check-out. Very clean pool to relax in too. Location just next door to very close to shopping center.

Location
1. Poor condition of rooms, need to be refurbished! 2. Based on the rate per night, this hotel does not offer value for money. 3. Corridors adjacent to rooms are hot due to air-cond compressors. 4. Toilets - both female and male next to coffee house stinks! Worst than many 2 or 3 star hotels! 5. Booked.net should warn travellers and/or not recommned as it is not valuer for money. 6. Better value at the Holiday Inn although room rates are higher.

Location
It is a big complex resort hotel, most of the rooms are apartment-like. Outside appearance is good, the room is horrible. It is quite old, barely any water coming out of the shower tab. The shower or the engine in the apartment is quite noisy... For almost hundred us dollar per night, this is way too expensive for a room like this. We also had the massage at the hotel spa. The whole environment is horrible, old and dirty. I had to wait for the 20 mins for the massage woman, it was the worst massage I have ever had, she looked her cellphone for time at least 5 times during the 45mins massage, and not performed with any standard... On top of all, there was a big size cockroach in the room...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just opposite the main shopping malls and near to major malls and tourist attractions. It only took us 10-15 minutes to walk to all the famous places in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool which was big and perfect for our kids. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony on the 6th floor was amazing. The staffs were friendly and helpful, especially Hafiz, Uncle Liu, and Norhisham. They made our stay more fun.

Nothing.
Firstly, when entering lift, it closes too fast. Secondly, water heaters not working unless switch on overnight. Thirdly, water yellowish and bath tubs and sinks show stains.

Hotel staffs were polite and helpful. Location is great for the family weekend, its convenience- excess to the North-South highway, situated near the Jetty, walking distance to nearby amenities, cultural and historical sites, local portuegese cultural village, shopping mall, food courts/restaurants, Jonker street for the local desserts or "Nyonyah kuih".
Free wifi services will be great!! Since most hotels are offering wifi access to hotel guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Malacca that exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic - just a short walk away from all the major tourist attractions. It made exploring the city a breeze. Secondly, the hotel offered great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms were updated with new colors and furniture, making them modern and comfortable. I especially loved having two beds in my room, perfect for families or groups. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to popular tourist attractions and shopping malls. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
